• Required: first name, email address, details about your ghosting situation (interview stage, timeline, what happened)
• Optional: company name, industry
• Payment: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details

Your data is used solely to generate your personalized Ghosting Recovery Kit. Company names and industry data are used for anonymous aggregate statistics only (e.g., our Ghosting Index).

All data is stored in Supabase (EU region), encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

We share data with these services only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — your situation details are sent for analysis to generate your kit
• Resend — used to deliver your kit via email

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

• Order data is kept for 1 year, then permanently deleted
• Kit access links expire after 30 days
• You can request earlier deletion at any time

As an EU resident or user, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
