JobGhostr provides a personalized Ghosting Recovery Kit — a digital report generated based on the details you submit about your hiring experience. The kit includes an analysis, follow-up scripts, and an action plan.
Your Recovery Kit is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Under the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770), you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the kit has been generated.
This waiver is confirmed via a checkbox before purchase. Once your kit is generated, no refunds are available.
Your kit is licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the contents of your kit without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, JobGhostr's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (€14.99). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the kit.
Your kit is accessible for 30 days after delivery. We recommend downloading or saving your kit promptly. After 30 days, access may expire without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
